Take new AI-powered products from idea to launch, shaping the architecture and owning them end to end across backend and frontend
Turn generative AI models into polished creative tools
Work with product and design to translate user needs into intuitive experiences and identify improvements
Collaborate with infrastructure and platform teams to build scalable, reliable product foundations
Shape AI development practices, including agentic coding workflows, AI-assisted review and testing, and shared tooling

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of professional software engineering experience
Strong experience with React and Node.js; deep expertise in one and solid experience across the stack
Track record of owning and shipping features in production
Hands-on, daily use of AI development tools and a clear view of where they help and where they don't
Ability to prioritize work and keep things simple
Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, changing environment
Business mindset and understanding of the impact of work on users and the company
Commitment to team success, sharing knowledge, and helping others grow
