About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Ensure the smooth operation, maintenance, and continuous development of the ERP system and applications used across the Group
- Analyze and optimize business processes in close collaboration with the relevant departments
- Train employees and create documentation
- Support the implementation of new ERP modules and applications
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed vocational training or a degree in computer science, business informatics, business administration, or a comparable qualification
- Experience managing and customizing ERP systems, preferably MOSAIK
- Understanding of business processes related to claims processing and claims settlement
- Analytical and structured approach to work
- Excellent communication skills, a strong service orientation, and enthusiasm for collaborating with colleagues and specialist departments
- Experience with ticketing systems is an advantage
