About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Execute daily accounts payable tasks, including invoice and payment slip entry, verification, and scheduling
- Assist with vendor relations and organization of payment records
- Support organization and submission of documents to external accounting for month-end closing
- Assist in organizing and verifying basic financial data
- Maintain organized files and spreadsheets
- Use Excel for departmental tracking and daily reporting
- Exchange information with the external accounting team

Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently pursuing or holding a degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields
- English reading and comprehension skills required for using systems in English
- Proficiency in Excel for daily data processing
- Basic theoretical knowledge of corporate finance, including Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow, and their interrelationships
