Requirements

What you’ll need

  • Strong command of UI and interaction design, with hands-on experience in Figma
  • Practical experience using AI in design, including launching AI-powered solutions
  • Autonomy and adaptability when working outside ideal processes
  • Genuine interest in making an impact on education
  • Experience with Claude and Claude Code is a plus
  • Experience navigating the transition from traditional design workflows to AI-assisted design is a plus
  • Experience in startups or lean teams is a plus
