About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Ensure the availability, stability, and performance of systems, networks, and services
- Monitor the technology environment and respond to incidents
- Administer and maintain SaaS and security platforms, such as Cloudflare (ZTNA) and Zendesk
- Configure integrations and access policies
- Monitor cloud applications and networks to proactively identify and resolve issues
- Act as the technical interface with vendors and lead problem resolution
- Create and maintain scripts and API integrations to automate operational routines
- Research, test, and deploy Artificial Intelligence (AIOps) tools
- Participate in proofs of concept and technical evaluations of new platforms
- Technically plan and execute system and platform migrations and deployments
- Implement technical security controls and participate in incident response
- Document architectures, processes, and knowledge bases
Requirements
What you’ll need- Professional experience as an Infrastructure Analyst, Systems Administrator, and/or in IT Operations
- Strong knowledge of computer networking (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/S)
- Knowledge of network security, especially ZTNA, firewalls, and WAF
- Experience consuming and integrating APIs
- Experience using automation tools such as n8n, Make, or Zapier
- Hands-on experience technically executing system and platform migration and deployment projects
- Experience leading proofs of concept (PoCs)
- Experience administering SaaS platforms such as Zendesk, SentinelOne, Zabbix, and Datadog
- Ability to document processes and communicate with technical teams, non-technical teams, and vendors
- Experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban
- Currently pursuing or completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Networking, or a related field
- Reside in Joinville, Santa Catarina, or the surrounding region, with availability for hybrid work
- Preferred: experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Preferred: knowledge of Python or Shell for automation
- Preferred: knowledge of SSO, MFA, and user provisioning
- Preferred: familiarity with patch management, antivirus, and security policies
