About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Resolve access tickets and requests through Zendesk and Slack, working to maintain low SLA times
Critically review and validate access requests by communicating with leaders and employees
Manage the complete identity lifecycle: creation, modification, deactivation, and deletion
Manage permissions and access profiles according to the principle of least privilege
Identify opportunities and implement automation across access request, approval, and provisioning workflows
Support PoC evaluations and the implementation project for the new IDM system
Assist with developing connectors and REST API integrations
Support the configuration and troubleshooting of SSO and SAML
Keep IAM policies, workflows, standards, and procedures up to date
Collaborate on identity and access risk analysis and propose continuous improvements

Requirements

What you’ll need

Substantial experience at the mid-level (Pleno) in IT Operations and Infrastructure roles
Hands-on experience with the principle of least privilege, SoD matrix, and RBAC
Technical ability to investigate, diagnose, and resolve bugs, synchronization failures, and permission errors in system integrations and user accounts
Understanding of REST API concepts and basic programming logic
Knowledge of SSO and SAML configuration
Basic knowledge of permission management through the GCP cloud console
Experience with commercial IDM/IGA solutions such as SailPoint or Okta
Reside in Joinville, Santa Catarina, or the surrounding region, and be available to work in a hybrid arrangement
Degree in progress or completed in Information Security, Network Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
Understanding of SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect
Knowledge of Google Workspace, including user, group, and policy management
Familiarity with non-human identities, including service accounts, bots, automations, and APIs
Experience with IDaaS and PAM solutions
Knowledge of Python or PowerShell for automation
Experience with identity management in AWS environments
Knowledge of Brazil's LGPD data protection law
Familiarity with passwordless authentication
