About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop sales strategies with distribution partners
Conduct market research in assigned territories
Manage distribution partners, including performance analysis and corrective actions
Build strong relationships with KOLs and physicians
Deliver product training to distributors and physicians
Support workshops, congresses and other educational programs
Provide technical advice and product support to customers
Conduct hospital and physician visits and product presentations
Travel extensively within Europe, including some weekends (first year approximately 65%)
Support contract management and regulatory requirements

Requirements

What you’ll need

3-5 years of experience managing distribution partners
Fluent in English
Preferred second European language is a plus
Proactive and eager to support colleagues and organisational goal
Highly-organized with proven ability to complete tasks on time
Affinity with Japanese culture
Uphold strong work ethics and maintain professional relationships with colleagues
Holds valid EU work and residence permit
Based within commuting distance of Amsterdam
