About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Monitor alerts and respond to incidents during on-call shifts
- Execute established runbooks and operational procedures

Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience with AWS: EC2, VPC, Security Groups, Load Balancers, and S3
- Knowledge of Kubernetes and use of kubectl for basic pod troubleshooting
- Basic knowledge of PostgreSQL
- Experience with Bitbucket
- Knowledge of Linux operating systems
- Availability to participate in on-call and standby rotations
