Key responsibilities & impact

Define and execute the roadmap for the multi-benefit platform, prioritizing deliverables based on their impact on revenue, customer retention, and regulatory risk
Monitor the benefits market—including competitors, new entrants, business models, and trends—and translate these insights into positioning and competitive differentiators
Map and structure end-to-end journeys, covering HR onboarding, benefit requests and funding, employee usage, transaction authorization, and merchant settlement
Monitor and promote the product’s compliance with PAT regulations, including Law No. 14,442/2022 and Decree No. 12,712/2025
Lead the platform’s adaptation to the open-loop model and the interoperability requirements applicable to PAT
Define business rules for benefit wallets and categories, including food, meal, mobility, healthcare, culture, and education
Translate business and regulatory requirements into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Define and monitor metrics such as transaction approval rate, TPV, category adoption, churn, NPS, and cost per transaction
Lead discovery activities with customers, commercial teams, and operations
Coordinate Technology, Sales, Operations, and Compliance
Organize and govern the improvement backlog, prioritizing initiatives based on impact, effort, and risk
Serve as the business subject-matter expert for multi-benefit solutions and support the Sales team in negotiations with strategic customers
Use artificial intelligence and vibe-coding techniques to accelerate discovery, prototyping, and hypothesis validation

Requirements

What you’ll need

In-depth knowledge of the benefits market: meal vouchers, food vouchers, flexible benefits, traditional providers and new entrants, revenue models, and B2B2C commercial dynamics
Knowledge of PAT and its regulations: Law No. 14,442/2022, Decree No. 12,712/2025, prohibition of discounts, MDR and interchange caps, settlement timelines, and open- and closed-loop arrangements
Knowledge of the card ecosystem: issuer, acquirer, card network, authorization, MCC, settlement, and interchange
Structured understanding of product metrics and indicators (KPIs, OKRs, and data-driven decision-making—not intuition)
Ability to write functional requirements with well-defined business rules and clear acceptance criteria
Familiarity with Central Bank of Brazil (Bacen) regulations applicable to payment arrangements (preferred)
Ability to navigate between technology and business: understands APIs, events, authorization rules, and integrations without losing sight of the overall journey
Experience using artificial intelligence and vibe-coding techniques
Senior-level experience
