About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Independently manage the technical building services of various existing properties
  • Ensure the reliable operation of heating, ventilation and air-conditioning systems
  • Identify opportunities for repairs, modernization and energy optimization
  • Plan, tender, award and oversee technical measures
  • Direct and coordinate external specialist contractors
  • Support major modernization and conversion projects
  • Take responsibility for on-site construction management
  • Over time, assume further responsibility for the overall technical organization and continued development of the property portfolio

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Master craftsman qualification in sanitary, heating and air-conditioning technology, or a completed degree in building services engineering / supply engineering
  • Several years of professional experience in building services engineering, ideally managing existing properties
  • Experience with tendering, awarding contracts and managing technical services
  • Independent, structured and solution-oriented approach to work
  • Strong technical understanding, organizational skills and communication abilities
  • Class B driving licence
  • Willingness to make occasional trips to managed properties
  • Enjoyment of taking on responsibility and pursuing professional and personal development
