About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide counseling and therapy treatment to patients through a hybrid in-person/telehealth model
Deliver evidence-based practices including CBT, DBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, Psychoeducation, Trauma Therapy, Addiction Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Bereavement/Grief Counseling
Implement treatment modalities in individual and group therapy settings
Review and sign patient psychosocial assessments, diagnoses, treatment plans, and consents
Maintain clinic records and document services and patient activities in compliance with clinical, contractual, regulatory, and legal standards
Conduct crisis intervention for individuals and families based on safety plans
Participate in case planning with the Multidisciplinary Team
Participate in individual and group supervision
Complete ongoing education, in-services, and training and demonstrate competency through assessments
Provide case management services to promote recovery and community reintegration
Perform other assigned duties

Requirements

What you’ll need

Active, unrestricted mental health license in Arizona
Bilingual English/Spanish (Required)
Comfortable working in a remote environment
Patient-first mindset
Providers must be able to work in-person in Mesa, AZ
Access to a quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions with reliable internet connectivity
Ability to sit for extended periods during working hours
Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity for using a computer keyboard, mouse, and other office equipment
Adequate vision for reading computer screens and documents
Clear verbal and written communication skills for virtual meetings and correspondence
Sufficient hearing ability for participating in phone calls or virtual meetings
Comprehensive background check and drug screening required as a contingency to employment
