About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide counseling and therapy treatment remotely via telemedicine to patients of Community Health Center partners throughout Arizona
Deliver evidence-based practices including CBT, DBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, Psychoeducation, Trauma Therapy, Addiction Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Bereavement/Grief Counseling
Implement treatment modalities in individual and group therapy settings
Engage patients in their treatment plans
Review and sign psychosocial assessments, diagnoses, treatment plans, and consents
Maintain clinic records and document services in compliance with clinical, contractual, regulatory, and legal requirements
Conduct crisis intervention for individuals and families based on safety plans
Participate in case planning with the multidisciplinary team
Participate in individual and group supervision
Complete ongoing education, in-services, and training
Provide case management services to promote recovery and community reintegration
Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need

Active, unrestricted mental health license in state of primary residence and Arizona
Clinician must be active or willing to obtain an Arizona License in addition to holding an active license in state of primary residence
Bilingual English/Spanish (Required)
Comfortable working in a remote environment
Patient-first mindset
Ability to provide evidence-based individual and group therapy
Ability to conduct crisis intervention based on an individual’s safety plan
Ability to participate in multidisciplinary case planning and clinical supervision
Ability to maintain accurate clinical records and documentation
Ability to participate in ongoing education, in-services, and training
Access to a quiet, dedicated workspace with reliable internet connectivity
Ability to sit for extended periods
Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity for computer and office equipment use
Adequate vision for reading screens and documents
Clear verbal and written communication skills
Sufficient hearing for phone calls or virtual meetings
Successful completion of background checks and drug screenings as a condition of employment
