About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide counseling and therapy treatment remotely through telemedicine to patients throughout Oregon
- Deliver evidence-based practices including CBT, DBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, Psychoeducation, Trauma Therapy, Addiction Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Bereavement/Grief Counseling
- Implement treatment modalities in individual and group therapy settings
- Review and sign psychosocial assessments, diagnoses, treatment plans, and consents
- Maintain clinical records and document services in compliance with clinical, contractual, regulatory, and legal requirements
- Conduct crisis intervention for individuals and families based on safety plans
- Participate in case planning with the multidisciplinary team
- Participate in individual and group supervision and ongoing education
- Provide case management services to promote recovery and community reintegration
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
What you’ll need- Active, unrestricted mental health license in state of primary residence and state of medical services being provided
- Clinician must be active or willing to obtain an Oregon License
- Comfortable working in a remote environment
- Willingness to work primarily with pediatric patients
- Bilingual English and Spanish (required)
- Patient-first mindset
- Clear verbal and written communication skills for virtual meetings and correspondence
- Access to a quiet, dedicated workspace with reliable internet connectivity
- Background check and drug screening required as a contingency to employment
