About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Deliver high-quality, customer focused virtual patient support and handle routine service interactions
  • Route specialty prescriptions to appropriate fulfillment channels and manage related care coordination tasks
  • Help prevent prescription leakage and maintain care continuity by keeping orders within the pharmacy network
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Pharmacy Tech credentialed from the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) preferred
  • Must possess all state and local qualifications
  • Pharmacy Tech credentialed from the National Healthcare Association preferred
  • High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required
  • Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable
  • 2+ years of Specialty Pharmacy Technician Experience preferred
  • Monday - Friday availability, 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM CST
  • Full-time schedule
