Key responsibilities & impact

Define and execute the multi-year product roadmap and strategic vision to align domain technologies with long-term business goals
Partner with solution architects, vendors, and executive stakeholders to guide seamless product lifecycle management and feature releases
Lead release planning and resolve delivery bottlenecks to ensure timely deployment of high-impact platform functionalities
Enforce cybersecurity protocols and compliance standards during product enhancements to protect sensitive patient and enterprise data
Evaluate product performance metrics and vendor contracts to optimize Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and maximize platform ROI

Requirements

What you’ll need

High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required
3 years of leadership or management experience preferred
Demonstrated experience defining product vision, managing software roadmaps, and owning full lifecycle execution for enterprise applications
High School Diploma with 3 years of experience, an Associate or Bachelor's degree with 2 years of experience, or 7 years of dedicated job-specific experience
Must meet applicable work authorization requirements as an Ascension employee
