About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Evaluate and conduct medically prescribed physical therapy programs
- Perform initial and ongoing patient assessments
- Develop, revise, and evaluate patient and family-centered plans of care
- Execute therapy interventions using standard techniques tailored to patient needs
- Oversee physical therapy assistants, students, and support personnel

Requirements
What you’ll need- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required; American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted
- Licensed Rehab Therapist specializing in Physical Therapy (RPT) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date
- Bachelor's degree required
- 1 + years of recent experience as an Physical Therapist
- Driver's License preferred
- Master's degree preferred
