Establish and govern enterprise-wide UiPath architectural standards, development frameworks, and code review processes
Lead the technical roadmap for transforming RPA solutions into advanced agentic AI workflows
Ensure seamless integration with enterprise security and cloud architectures
Serve as the definitive technical authority on solution designs
Resolve complex architectural challenges and eliminate technical debt across automation platforms
Design robust API integrations and reusable component libraries
Accelerate development timelines and improve cross-departmental workflow efficiency
Mentor senior automation developers and external partners
Build internal technical capabilities and promote consistent software development standards

Requirements

What you’ll need

High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required
5 years of dedicated architectural experience specifically focused on designing, scaling, and governing enterprise UiPath RPA environments
Deep technical expertise in UiPath (Orchestrator, Studio, REFramework)
Hands-on experience integrating APIs with automation workflows
3 years of leadership or management experience preferred
