Key responsibilities & impact

Represent innovative companies and their founders throughout their lifecycle, including business formation, financing transactions, and mergers and acquisitions
Represent funds that invest in innovative companies
Advise clients on venture financings, corporate governance, and regulatory strategy relating to frontier technologies
Work closely with experienced practitioners on sophisticated matters at a national and global level
Manage internal and external client and counsel relationships

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of four years of experience
Preferably experience at a comparable law firm
Preferably experience advising clients on venture financings, corporate governance, and regulatory strategy relating to AI, Web3, blockchain, crypto, metaverse, and other frontier technologies
Stellar academic credentials and references
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to effectively manage internal and external client and counsel relationships
CA bar admission is required
