About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Join the Real Estate practice group
- Represent national and global clients in complex acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, construction and development, real estate finance, and portfolio management
- Work across office, industrial, retail, hospitality, real estate finance, CMBS, mixed-use, data center, and other emerging asset matters
- Handle colocation transactions, hyperscaler leasing, and powered land acquisitions
- Work on large, multi-site portfolios
- Collaborate with colleagues worldwide to deliver coordinated, practical solutions at scale
- Take responsibility for projects and support fast-moving transactions and large portfolios
- Build a long-term practice in a growing, integrated real estate platform
Requirements
What you’ll need- A minimum of two years of transactional real estate experience is required
- Carefully and analytically draft
