About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Join the Real Estate practice group as a midlevel to senior associate
- Handle sophisticated real estate matters at local, national, and global levels
- Work on acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, construction and development, financing, and real estate investment
- Support data center transactions, including colocation transactions, hyperscaler leasing, and powered land acquisitions and dispositions
- Draft, manage, and negotiate complex transaction documents
- Interface directly with clients and counterparties
- Mentor and train junior associates
- Anticipate issues, structure solutions, and deliver precise work product
- Build relationships with clients, colleagues across the firm, and counterparties
- Collaborate in the office
Requirements
What you’ll need- Four to six years of relevant transactional real estate experience required
- Familiarity with AI tools, including large language models, document automation, and workflow orchestration preferred
- Ability to draft, manage, and negotiate complex transaction documents
- Ability to interface directly with clients and counterparties
- Ability to mentor and train junior associates
- Strong business judgment
- Ability to anticipate issues and structure solutions
- Strong care and precision in work product
- Client-obsessed, analytical, organized, responsive, entrepreneurial, and ambitious
- Ability to build relationships with clients, colleagues across the firm, and counterparties
- Commitment to in-office collaboration
