About the role

- Represent debtors, official committees, acquirers, and significant creditors in out-of-court workouts and in-court proceedings throughout the nation
- Represent clients in bankruptcy litigation matters involving fraudulent and preferential transfers
- Collaborate within a firm culture based on collaboration, dedication to serving clients, and mutual respect
Requirements
What you’ll need- Mid-level to senior-level associate attorney
- 3-6 years of commercial bankruptcy experience at a national law firm
- Excellent academic credentials
- Bankruptcy clerkship experience preferred
- Cover letter, resume, and law school transcript required for application
- Principals only
