About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for kitchen and wardrobe design for clients at the store
- Support the store manager/dealer to drive sales from the store
- Achieve monthly sales targets for the store
- Handle customer walk-ins and understand their needs
- Conduct site visits to client homes for measurements and installation
- Design using software to satisfy clients
- Manage existing customers, including order updates, site-readiness follow-up, installation scheduling, query resolution, and feedback collection
- Book orders in software and coordinate material dispatch with backend teams
- Conduct post-sales follow-ups
- Maintain a database of and follow up with architects and interior designers to generate regional leads
- Regularly report sales and order-booking data to the manager
Requirements
What you’ll need- Diploma or Degree in Interior Designing or any other related degree in furniture design
- 3-5 years of experience
- Comfortable working on weekends
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD or 20-20 software
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Candidates should be ready to relocate anywhere in that state
- Client-facing experience is preferred
