About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Design kitchens and wardrobes for clients at the store
  • Support the store manager/dealer to drive store sales and achieve monthly sales targets
  • Handle customer walk-ins and understand customer needs
  • Conduct client-home site visits for measurements and installation
  • Create designs using software to meet client satisfaction
  • Manage existing customers, including order updates, site-readiness follow-up, installation scheduling, query resolution, and feedback collection
  • Book orders in software and coordinate material dispatch with backend teams
  • Conduct post-sales follow-ups
  • Maintain a database of architects and interior designers and follow up to generate regional leads
  • Regularly report sales and order-booking data to the manager

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Diploma or Degree in Interior Designing or any other related degree in furniture design
  • Must have completed overall 15 years of education
  • Comfortable working on weekends
  • Good knowledge of Auto CAD or Dezigno software
  • Client-facing experience is preferred
  • Ready to relocate anywhere in the state
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
