About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide clinical care to patients under the direction of physician and nursing staff
- Register patients completely and accurately
- Complete consent for treatment forms
- Obtain insurance information
- Perform scanning and charging responsibilities, including collecting payment when appropriate
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Answer phones
- Help maintain office supplies
- Assist with daily clinic operations
- Communicate and coordinate information with staff, patients, and families
- Float between all outpatient clinics based on staffing needs
Requirements
What you’ll need- Basic Life Support (BLS); may be obtained upon hire
- Medical Assistant certification preferred
- Current, unrestricted EMT certification or licensure in Colorado, or ability to obtain, preferred
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred
- Equivalent combinations of experience and education may be considered for certain jobs
