Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Upbeat personality
  • Ability to problem solve and think on your feet
  • Strong computer skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize work in a high production environment
  • Punctuality and strong work ethic a must
  • Prior experience with medical billing, patient access, healthcare front office preferred
  • Adhere to HIPAA, GLBA, FCRA, and other applicable laws and confidentiality obligations
  • US remote-based colleagues are not permitted to work from outside the United States without prior written approval
