About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own Aisha, Aspora’s AI finance agent for NRIs, from early build through a product trusted with real-money tasks
  • Own product, roadmap, team and results
  • Decide what to build, buy or partner on across models, orchestration, data connections and agent payment rails
  • Build reliability through evals, guardrails and failure-mode handling
  • Own onboarding, activation and retention
  • Conduct or recruit for 100 research sessions per week
  • Build the founding team, hiring senior engineers first, followed by design and data
  • Partner with compliance and legal to operate safely on licensed payment rails
  • Work with payments teams across the UAE, UK and India
  • Report directly to the CEO

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Founded or ran a consumer product used daily
  • Shipped AI systems that work in production
  • Experience operating evals, orchestration, tool use and failure modes
  • Experience in contexts where mistakes move other people’s money, or ability to learn regulated domains quickly
  • Hands-on leadership close to the product and code
  • Track record of moving quickly and earning increased responsibility
  • Experience handling failure, such as a failed launch, company closure or regulatory barrier
  • Desire to build AI that can be trusted with people’s money
