Key responsibilities & impact

Advise clients on complex IT initiatives and transformation programs, including projects in the Microsoft ecosystem
Gather, structure, and evaluate business and technical requirements
Develop suitable solution approaches in close collaboration with technical experts
Contribute to all project phases, from analysis and solution design through implementation
Facilitate workshops and alignment meetings with business units, IT teams, and decision-makers
Prepare decision-making materials, proposals, and compelling presentations
Use modern AI tools for research, structuring, and content development

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed degree (e.g., Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration) or equivalent qualification
At least 3 years of experience in IT, project management, or digital transformation
Structured and independent approach to work
Strong analytical thinking
Excellent communication and facilitation skills
Strong affinity for IT and a pragmatic, hands-on mindset
Excellent written and spoken German (at least C1 level)
Consulting experience in Microsoft 365, project management, or digital transformation
Experience working on projects for public-sector clients (e.g., eGovernment)
Experience with tendering or procurement processes, such as drafting service specifications or evaluation criteria
Experience with software evaluations, such as market analyses, evaluation matrices, or proofs of concept
Experience in presales or project costing
Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, or comparable tools
