About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage software development projects from initiation through successful completion
  • Plan and control software development projects with regard to quality, budget, and timelines
  • Coordinate project teams as well as internal and external stakeholders
  • Support the transition from sales to project implementation
  • Facilitate structured project initiation
  • Structure requirements and support scope management
  • Monitor project effort, schedules, and dependencies
  • Identify deviations at an early stage
  • Identify risks and develop appropriate measures
  • Support projects through to successful implementation
  • Contribute to high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Prepare and facilitate project status meetings, workshops, and customer meetings in a structured manner

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least 3 years of experience managing, controlling, or coordinating IT or software development projects
  • Experience working with diverse stakeholders and interdisciplinary project teams
  • Proficiency in agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban
  • Good understanding of project planning, requirements and scope management, and business-related considerations
  • Experience managing project budgets, schedules, effort, and risks
  • Basic technical understanding of modern software development
  • Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or comparable solutions
  • Interest in current developments in artificial intelligence and the use of modern AI-powered tools
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, combined with a structured and solution-oriented approach to work
  • Very good German language skills, at least at C1 level
  • Experience with software development, digitalization, or AI-related projects
  • Experience in direct customer contact or within an IT consulting environment
  • Certifications such as Scrum Master, PRINCE2, or comparable qualifications
  • Basic knowledge of cloud, DevOps, or architecture topics
  • Interest in current technology trends, new methodologies, and AI-powered approaches
