About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Clarify, assess, and specify business requirements with stakeholders
  • Ensure that requirements are documented as Product Backlog Items using agile tools and methods, such as JIRA and Scrum
  • Take responsibility for product development
  • Plan and track sprints, milestones, and risks
  • Drive functional acceptance
  • Communicate and report within the product team, the customer team, and to management
  • Capture, clarify, and assess functional and non-functional requirements in workshops
  • Act as the interface between the development team, customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders in areas such as digitalization and Industry 4.0

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Completed degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a comparable field of study (at least a Bachelor's degree)
  • Experience working as a Product Owner in software development
  • Excellent German language skills (C1 level)
  • Excellent English language skills
  • Experience with Scrum
  • Strong commitment to quality
  • Excellent self-organization, communication, and teamwork skills
  • Ideally, already certified as a Product Owner
