About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Process payroll in the Domínio system, including payroll taxes, ancillary obligations, and the submission of events to eSocial.
  • Ensure compliance with collective bargaining agreements and collective labor agreements, advising clients when necessary.
  • Handle new hires, employee record and contract changes, and terminations, including the preparation and submission of the corresponding documentation.
  • Calculate and manage vacation pay, 13th-month salary, and provisions.
  • Support labor claims by monitoring calculations and submitting information.
  • Organize and archive documents and reports in the internal system.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory and internal deadlines, with support from the manager when necessary.
  • Perform activities under supervision, following established instructions and guidelines.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Human Resources Management, or a related field.
  • Intermediate knowledge of labor law.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and learn new functions.
  • Six months of experience in personnel administration, specializing in payroll preparation and labor calculations, is preferred.
