About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage a set number of Gold Advisor relationships, providing personalized service and proactive training and communications on new platform initiatives
  • Partner with Gold Service Specialist, Gold New Business, and Gold Operations peers to serve Gold offices
  • Manage service relationships between outside Sales Consultants, internal Sales Consultants, and assigned Advisors
  • Travel occasionally to Advisor offices for onsite meetings and relationship-building initiatives
  • Monitor outstanding trading exception issues and work with Custodians to resolve them
  • Evaluate day-to-day activities for process improvement opportunities, communicate outages, offer solutions, and make improvements
  • Participate in departmental process improvement initiatives and assigned duties
  • Report AssetMark deficits to the Customer Experience Group and communicate progress to Advisors until resolution
  • Provide Advisors feedback regarding implemented corporate policy and procedure changes

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
  • Minimum of 2+ years Financial Services industry experience required
  • SIE
  • Series 6 or 7 securities license
  • Outstanding Customer Focus
  • Acts with a sense of urgency when appropriate
  • Demonstrates success at Emotional Connection with Gold Advisors
  • Strong written and oral communication skills; detail oriented
  • Intermediate level working knowledge of investment products and services
  • Uses sound judgment and exercises strong decision-making skills
  • Shows a high level of integrity and ethics
  • Adaptable to change
  • Strong time management skills
  • Has a passion for self-improvement
  • Call Center /Service Center experience
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the US; no visa sponsorship available
