Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the custodial data and operations platform with full strategic accountability
  • Define product roadmaps and vision, maintaining 12-month roadmaps
  • Ensure engineering teams are productively deployed and aligned with strategic objectives
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex initiatives such as straight-through processing for account opening and money movement
  • Design significant and complex new features and independently specify platform enhancements
  • Decompose complex product ideas into actionable user stories and lead feature development across multiple teams
  • Track and forecast team capacity and resolve conflicts in advance
  • Run multiple complex projects in parallel while maintaining quality and timeline commitments
  • Maintain strong knowledge of the technology stack and architecture
  • Use data and technical insights to drive strategic decisions
  • Manage and develop multiple product managers
  • Assess product, design, engineering, and QA candidates of equivalent or lower seniority
  • Demonstrate features internally and externally
  • Develop knowledge of the competitive landscape and industry developments
  • Represent product capabilities and roadmap in high-stakes internal discussions
  • Improve SDLC processes and evangelize adoption across teams

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or related field
  • 5-8 years of product management experience with demonstrated progression in scope and impact
  • Strong background in wealth management, asset management, or fintech
  • Experience owning complete products or major product areas end-to-end
  • Track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams and complex product initiatives
  • Experience mentoring and developing junior product management talent
  • Proven ability to define and execute comprehensive product strategies for complex money movement, custodial account and custodial integration platforms
  • Strong technical acumen including understanding of software architecture, APIs, and engineering trade-offs
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across all organizational levels
  • Data-driven decision making with advanced analytics and customer insight capabilities
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving results without formal authority
  • Deep understanding of wealth management, asset management, or fintech industries
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution excellence
  • Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the US
