About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across one or more product squads and regularly work with Product, Technology, and UX teams
  • Take responsibility for promoting and disseminating the squad’s products
  • Translate the product’s value proposition into positioning and messaging that resonate with consumers, understanding the business and the audience’s pain points
  • Use product metrics and performance indicators to recommend and support decision-making across teams
  • Monitor competitors’ market activities and propose action plans for the marketing mix
  • Qualify, engage, and convert leads and marketing initiatives in partnership with Creative and Performance teams
  • Manage budgets and support marketing projects

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in product marketing or digital marketing
  • Experience with paid media campaigns, including an understanding of media and performance metrics
  • Experience preparing briefs and presentations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of CRM systems
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Analytics
  • Innovative and strategic mindset, with the ability to address diverse day-to-day demands
  • Ability to investigate and identify patterns through data analysis
  • Preferred: knowledge of or interest in Brazilian public education
  • Preferred: knowledge of growth marketing and A/B testing
  • Preferred: strong ability to collaborate with Technology teams and knowledge of digital products and agile methodologies
