About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Participate in structured corporate internship programming, including orientation, workshops, networking events, research project, and professional development activities
- Support a dedicated line of business with day-to-day tasks, project-based work, and assigned deliverables
- Participate in meetings and trainings and collaborate with team members to contribute to goals and deliverables
- Follow company policies, procedures, and confidentiality guidelines
- Complete additional duties as assigned to support line of business needs
- Assist the Talent Acquisition team with candidate sourcing, resume screening, and requisition review activities
- Represent the company at job fairs, campus recruiting events, and other talent attraction activities
- Participate in emerging talent programs and engagement initiatives
- Contribute to Talent Acquisition process improvement projects and operational initiatives to enhance recruiting efficiency and candidate experience
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree student with sophomore, junior or senior standing at time of internship start date
- Must not have graduated prior to internship start date
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to use AI to research, organize information, and improve processes
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Must directly represent yourself and your own experiences during the recruiting and hiring process
- Successful completion of a thorough background check
- Compliance with company policies, procedures, confidentiality guidelines, applicable laws and regulations, including the Bank Secrecy Act
- Ability to report suspicious activity, customer complaints, procedure violations, and ethical concerns as required
