About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and manage the digital product roadmap for the Private Wealth area
- Prioritize initiatives that deliver customer and business value
- Drive product strategy by evaluating customer needs, market trends, and business objectives
- Partner with engineering, delivery, and channel teams to bring new features and enhancements to market
- Build business cases and recommendations for product investments and strategic decisions
- Analyze product performance, adoption, and customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, customer experience, risk, legal, and compliance teams
- Represent the platform in strategic planning and vendor roadmap discussions
- Monitor product outcomes and financial performance to support growth, utilization, and long-term success
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 8+ years of product management experience
- 6+ years of experience solving complex business challenges and developing innovative solutions
- Experience managing product roadmaps, priorities, and cross-functional initiatives
- 4+ years of experience working within Scrum or Agile environments (preferred)
- Experience partnering with technology teams to deliver digital products and enhancements (preferred)
- Financial services, banking industry, or Private Wealth experience (preferred)
- Master's degree in Business, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred)
- Must directly represent yourself and your own experiences during recruiting and hiring
- Must comply with applicable enterprise policies, laws, regulations, and Bank Secrecy Act requirements
- Responsible for reporting suspicious activity, customer complaints, procedure violations, and ethical concerns
