About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build and maintain relationships with employer clients and business partners
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for service and support
- Manage onboarding and implementation activities for new employer groups
- Coordinate portal integration and account setup
- Resolve employer inquiries and service issues
- Support employer communications through inbound calls, shared mailboxes, and other service channels
- Coordinate file integrations, financial account setup, and ongoing servicing requests
- Interpret and communicate policies, procedures, regulations, and program information to employer clients
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and employer service outcomes
- Collaborate with internal teams to protect sensitive information, support compliance requirements, and deliver client solutions
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 1+ years of account or relationship management experience
- 3+ years of customer service experience
- Life & Health Insurance License obtained within 3 months of hire
- HSAe Certification through ECFC obtained within 3 months of hire
- CFC Certification through ECFC obtained within 3 months of hire
- Preferred: 3+ years of experience in the insurance, health savings account, or third-party administration industry
- Experience supporting benefit administration programs and employer-facing customer relationships
- Familiarity with benefit onboarding, integration, and issue resolution processes
- Must complete a thorough background check
- Must comply with applicable laws, regulations, enterprise policies and procedures, including the Bank Secrecy Act
- Must report suspicious activity, customer complaints, procedure violations, and ethical concerns as required
