About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Partner with business leaders to provide financial insight, strategic guidance, and decision support for Operations and Technology initiatives
Lead budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and profitability analysis for assigned business areas
Develop and evaluate business cases supporting technology investments and strategic initiatives
Communicate financial results, risks, opportunities, and recommendations to senior leaders through clear and impactful presentations
Review and approve financial analyses, assumptions, forecasts, and recommendations prepared by the team
Drive improvements in forecasting accuracy, reporting effectiveness, and financial planning processes
Lead, coach, and develop a team of finance professionals while managing priorities and performance
Ensure financial planning and analysis processes, controls, and documentation meet governance, audit, and regulatory requirements
Serve as lead finance partner for impactful technology and operational initiatives across the organization
Contribute to the continued transformation of Financial Planning & Analysis

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Management, Economics, Accounting, or a related field or equivalent amount of education and experience
7+ years of financial analysis, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), or banking experience
Experience providing financial analysis and decision support to business leaders
Leadership experience managing direct reports and developing team members
Experience supporting technology, infrastructure, or development-related financial initiatives
Experience developing and evaluating business cases for strategic investments
Cost accounting experience
Profitability reporting experience
Must complete a thorough background check
Must comply with applicable laws, regulations, enterprise policies, and procedures
Must report suspicious activity, customer complaints, procedure violations, and ethical concerns as required
