  • Support consistent execution of sales processes and tools across branches
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align training with business strategies
  • Strengthen sales performance across the branch network and improve customer engagement
  • Help teams build deeper relationships, grow business results, and develop professionally

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Finance, HR, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in retail banking, financial services, or sales coaching
  • 2+ years of success in a customer-facing banking role such as Branch Manager, Market Manager, or similar role
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to travel between branch locations
  • Successful multi-branch experience with proven experience within a sales leadership role preferred
  • Must complete a thorough background check
  • Must comply with applicable laws, regulations, enterprise policies and procedures, including the Bank Secrecy Act
  • Must report suspicious activity, customer complaints, procedure violations, and ethical concerns as required
