Provide individual therapy sessions for adults managing anxiety, depression, and trauma
Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA standards
Deliver telehealth counseling services while building strong therapeutic rapport remotely
Collaborate with care teams and provide crisis intervention when clinically appropriate

Requirements

What you’ll need

Active LPC-A license in the state of practice
Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program
Experience providing telehealth therapy to adult mental health populations
Experience with clinical documentation and risk assessment
Knowledge of HIPAA requirements
Experience using CBT
Bilingual in English and Spanish
Valid, active Texas LPC-A license
Experience providing individual, couples, and family therapy to diverse populations across a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship struggles, and life transitions
Experience conducting intake evaluations and clinical assessments
Experience developing personalized treatment plans
Experience maintaining clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory and ethical standards
Strong communication skills in English and ability to build rapport with clients
Knowledge of HIPAA guidelines and clinical documentation requirements
