About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design, implement, maintain, and optimize scalable, secure, and reliable AWS infrastructure
- Develop and manage infrastructure provisioning and automation using Terraform
- Deploy, configure, and maintain containerized applications and Kubernetes clusters using Amazon EKS
- Implement and manage GitOps deployment workflows using ArgoCD
- Design, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines
- Implement monitoring, logging, and observability solutions using Grafana and OpenSearch
- Deploy, configure, monitor, and optimize relational databases using Amazon RDS, PostgreSQL, and MySQL
- Collaborate with developers, technical leads, and engineering teams
- Contribute to infrastructure architecture design, code reviews, estimation, and planning
- Troubleshoot infrastructure, deployment, and production issues and implement sustainable solutions
- Apply security, availability, scalability, and disaster recovery best practices
- Write maintainable, reusable, and documented infrastructure configurations and automation scripts
- Identify improvements in system performance, reliability, automation, and cloud cost efficiency
Requirements
What you’ll need- Senior-level professional experience in DevOps engineering, cloud infrastructure, or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE)
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS services and cloud infrastructure architecture
- Strong proficiency in Terraform
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Amazon EKS
- Experience implementing and managing GitOps workflows using ArgoCD
- Strong experience designing, implementing, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
- Hands-on experience with OpenSearch
- Experience using Grafana
- Strong experience with Amazon RDS and relational database administration, particularly PostgreSQL and MySQL
- Solid understanding of networking, security, IAM, load balancing, and cloud infrastructure best practices
- Proficiency in Linux administration and scripting using Bash, Python, or similar languages
- Experience with Docker and containerized application environments
- Experience implementing infrastructure monitoring, incident response, and troubleshooting processes
- Familiarity with Git and version control workflows
- Experience applying infrastructure automation, security, and reliability best practices
- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and analytical problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently, collaborate effectively, and take ownership of assigned deliverables
- Hands-on experience using AI-assisted software development and infrastructure automation tools
