About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
- Develop individualized, evidence-based ABA treatment plans
- Oversee and modify treatment programs based on client progress
- Analyze clinical data to guide treatment decisions
- Supervise and mentor Mid-Level Supervisors and Behavior Technicians
- Monitor treatment integrity and quality of service delivery
- Provide ongoing clinical guidance, coaching, and staff support
- Conduct caregiver education and parent training
- Collaborate with families and members of the treatment team
- Complete progress reports and required clinical documentation
- Participate in clinical meetings and professional development
- Ensure treatment is delivered ethically and according to current clinical standards
Requirements
What you’ll need- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, Child Development, or a related field
- Experience providing Applied Behavior Analysis services
- Knowledge of functional assessment, treatment development, and data analysis
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Ability to provide effective clinical supervision and feedback
- Comfortable using electronic data collection and clinical documentation systems
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver's license
- Current auto insurance
- Ability to successfully complete required background screening
- Current TB clearance or ability to obtain required clearance
- Preferred: Experience providing clinical supervision in home, community, or center-based ABA services
- Preferred: Experience supervising Mid-Level Supervisors and Behavior Technicians
- Bilingual Spanish skills highly valued, but not required
