About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)

  • Complete progress reports and required clinical documentation
  • Participate in clinical meetings and professional development
  • Ensure treatment is delivered ethically and according to current clinical standards

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, Child Development, or a related field
  • Experience providing Applied Behavior Analysis services
  • Knowledge of functional assessment, treatment development, and data analysis
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Ability to provide effective clinical supervision and feedback
  • Comfortable using electronic data collection and clinical documentation systems
  • Reliable transportation
  • Valid driver's license
  • Current auto insurance
  • Ability to successfully complete required background screening
  • Current TB clearance or ability to obtain required clearance
  • Preferred: Experience providing clinical supervision in home, community, or center-based ABA services
  • Preferred: Experience supervising Mid-Level Supervisors and Behavior Technicians
  • Bilingual Spanish skills are highly valued, but not required
