About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide technical support and professional onboarding for new customers, particularly international enterprise accounts
Translate customer requirements into technical solutions and select the appropriate production site within the Asteria Group
Oversee test productions and customer approvals while ensuring compliance with agreed quality and service requirements
Support Sales with complex customer projects, technical presentations, and challenging printing issues
Coordinate cross-site technical projects and collaborate with Production, Sales, suppliers, and subject-matter experts
Evaluate new materials, printing technologies, and sustainable solutions, particularly in the context of the PPWR
Document and share technical processes and best practices across the Asteria Group

Requirements

What you’ll need

Several years of professional experience in the label or printing industry, with in-depth knowledge of various printing and finishing technologies
Experience in technical account management, customer consulting, or a comparable cross-functional role
Experience managing complex, cross-site projects
Confident professional presence and the ability to communicate technical topics clearly to a range of stakeholders
Independent, structured working style and a reliable approach to execution
Fluent German and very good English skills, with professional proficiency in both languages
Willingness to travel within Germany and Europe approximately 40% of the time
