About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide day-to-day administration and support for enterprise applications including Manufacturo, NetSuite, and backup support for Teamcenter/NX
Troubleshoot application issues, performance problems, and integration challenges
Coordinate with users to resolve software defects, configuration issues, and workflow problems
Scope and gather requirements for customizations, automations, and new integrations
Maintain application uptime and performance
Administer and maintain software licenses
Monitor license utilization and availability and coordinate renewals with vendors
Plan and coordinate system upgrades with business owners
Maintain system configuration, troubleshooting, and operational documentation
Support integrations between enterprise platforms
Manage support requests and incidents through the ITSM platform
Follow incident, change, and problem management processes
Maintain SLAs and ensure timely resolution of support tickets
Contribute to knowledge base documentation and operational playbooks
Ensure applications and data handling align with EAR and ITAR requirements
Support secure handling of controlled technical data and appropriate access controls
Assist with compliance audits and documentation

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of professional experience supporting enterprise applications, business systems, or similar technology solutions
Experience supporting or administering Manufacturo and/or NetSuite
Experience with ITSM practices, including incident, change, and problem management
Experience with scripting using C#, Python, or JavaScript
Preferred: Experience with business analytics platforms such as Power BI and basic knowledge of SQL
Preferred: Experience with software application lifecycle management and operational support practices
Preferred: Experience with applicable EAR and ITAR requirements related to handling and access of controlled technical information
Preferred: Experience in the aerospace industry
Preferred: Experience supporting engineering computing environments, CAD infrastructure, PLM systems, or similar technical applications
