About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversee multiple projects from start to finish and manage their backlogs
- Adhere to production schedules, fast release submissions, and approval deadlines
- Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration to acquire assets and communicate project updates
- Serve as the point of contact for publishing-related subjects and work with development project leads
- Collaborate across internal and external studios
- Manage project timelines, roadmaps, and budgets for concurrent projects
- Establish and maintain production workbacks, milestones, and approval processes
- Ensure project quality and coordinate publishing services such as QA and localization
- Coordinate IP collaborations and approvals with external IP owners
- Coordinate assets, pricing, metadata, key management/distribution, and localization teams for store pages
- Track key project milestones and work closely with license partners for approvals
- Support launches of numerous small PC and console titles throughout the year
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3 - 4 years in PC and console game production
- Shipped at least 2 titles on different platforms within the last three years
- Ability to produce, manage, and drive projects across multiple departments
- Knowledge of 1st party submission platforms and forms
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong presentation, reporting, and organizational abilities
- Experience working on multiple projects simultaneously
- Critical thinking and problem solving; ability to identify blockers and bring solutions
- Familiarity with legacy games and platforms
- Familiarity with task tracking systems such as Asana
- Experience as a release manager for PC and console games
- Experience with 1st party backend platforms such as NDP, Playstation Partners, Partner Center, and Steamworks
- Experience with emulation technology
- Google Suites proficiency
- Miro and visual workflow creation
- Knowledge of FTP clients
- Comfort using AI tools to streamline production workflows
