About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Analyze business processes and practices related to maintenance and asset management
- Identify areas for improvement and propose appropriate solutions
- Support the evolution of preventive and corrective maintenance processes
- Work on the management of equipment, work orders, inventory, and spare parts
- Participate in the design and enhancement of EAM/CMMS tools
- Facilitate workshops with business and IT teams
- Conduct testing and support users in adopting the solutions
- Prepare functional documentation and operating procedures
- Monitor requests and provide functional support
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of maintenance practices and performance
- Address integration issues with other enterprise systems by providing business expertise
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master’s degree or equivalent (Bac+5)
- At least 3 years of experience in maintenance, maintenance methods, asset management, business analysis/project ownership assistance (AMOA), or functional consulting
- Strong knowledge of industrial maintenance processes in the construction and public works (BTP) sector
- Proficiency in preventive and corrective maintenance concepts, work orders, equipment, inventory, and spare parts
- Interest in EAM/CMMS tools
- Knowledge of Hexagon EAM is a plus but not required
- Strong analytical, communication, and summarization skills
- Business expertise in integration challenges involving ERP, IoT, building management systems (BMS), and reporting tools
- Professional English is a plus
- Skills in EAM/CMMS, maintenance processes and methods, equipment and asset management, SQL/Power BI or reporting tools, ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.), and ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Jira, etc.)
