About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Take ownership of generative AI projects, from value assessment through user adoption
- Build and industrialize reusable automated capabilities for agents and workflows
- Implement security and compliance guardrails
- Develop reusable components such as internal SDKs, repository templates, and orchestration modules
- Deliver workshops, pair-programming coaching, and architecture reviews for product, data, and AI teams
- Support production deployment with CI/CD, testing, observability, and error handling
- Establish agent evaluation and observability, including metrics, scenarios, quality gates, and traceability
- Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and auditability requirements
- Integrate automation into existing environments, internal APIs, authorized data sources, and job schedulers
- Account for on-premises constraints and security policies
- Contribute to AI-first engineering standards and evaluate and validate code produced by AI agents
- Build Atecna’s AI community through technology watch, knowledge sharing, skills development, and meetups
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 5 years of software development experience
- Strong proficiency in Java, Kotlin, TypeScript, and Python
- Solid knowledge of DDD/SDD software architectures, microservices, and distributed systems
- Experience with various LLMs and at least one orchestration framework
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and an understanding of cloud technologies
- Ability to communicate with both technical and business stakeholders
- Proficiency with AI tools such as Claude Code and Copilot
- Experience delivering AI projects in a production environment is a strong plus
- Enthusiasm for innovation, experimentation, and solving complex problems
- Eagerness to share and formalize AI best practices internally
- Interest in mentoring and helping others develop their skills
- Curiosity, autonomy, and comfort working in an evolving environment
