About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the Digital Delivery team in the development, coordination, analysis, and visualization of engineering and architectural models
Assist with development and maintenance of BIM models within Revit, Civil 3D, OpenRoads Designer, and related platforms
Support multidisciplinary model coordination and clash detection activities
Participate in federated model reviews and issue tracking
Help develop Power BI dashboards for project reporting and model analytics
Assist with model quality assurance and validation reviews
Support 4D schedule simulation and visualization efforts
Assist with 5D quantity takeoff and cost-related modeling initiatives
Support digital coordination meetings and preparation of coordination reports
Work alongside BIM managers, digital coordinators, architects, engineers, and data specialists

Requirements

What you’ll need

Some CAD/BIM exposure
Currently pursuing a degree in Architecture, Architecture Technology, Engineering, Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering/Management, Engineering Technology, or Building Information Modeling
Strong interest in automation/visualization
Power BI
Ability to work in an office in Orlando, FL; Houston, TX; Atlanta, GA; or Alexandria, VA
