Requirements

What you’ll need

Engineering professional with 20 or more years of experience.
Direct and demonstrable experience managing consultancy services supplying engineering advice or engineering design projects to agreed time, cost and quality requirements.
Must be an Engineering Professional.
Experience leading and directing teams and resources.
Ability to motivate self and teams, deal with conflict and create a collaborative team culture.
Strong client relationship management and people leadership skills.
Willingness to travel as necessary.
Willingness to work flexibly with occasional out-of-hours work.
Nuclear industry experience; candidates from other high-hazard or highly regulated industries such as process, Oil and Gas, Defense, and Aerospace are welcomed.
