Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide administrative and coordination support to project and programme teams
  • Assist with planning activities, schedules, actions and milestone tracking
  • Support project reporting, governance and performance monitoring
  • Prepare meeting materials, record actions and track progress
  • Maintain project documentation, registers and records
  • Coordinate stakeholders and support effective communication across teams
  • Assist with risk, issue and change management activities
  • Support financial tracking, resource planning and project controls activities
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Work collaboratively with clients, colleagues and wider project teams
  • Develop project management knowledge and professional skills through mentoring and formal training

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills
  • Transferable skills from operations, administration, customer service, military service, retail, hospitality, construction, manufacturing, local government, education, engineering, logistics, finance, or other coordination/planning/stakeholder-engagement environments
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build positive relationships
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership of tasks
